Roxan is the innovative voice bringing High Flying Foods to the forefront of the concessions industry. Her unique, editorial approach to design has driven the company’s evolution for over the past decade. She has crafted a company vision that is part of something bigger — a lifestyle brand encompassing art, music, fashion, and engaging the community at large.

Carla is the driving force behind the company’s last decade of expansive growth, disrupting the airport concessions landscape with innovative local restaurants. Bringing to the table the master chefs and the James Beard Award winners, she maintains her focus to create airport dining experiences that are more creative, impactful, and scalable.

By continuously analyzing trends and seasonality data, she is able to provide High Flying Foods’ operations team with real-time reports that enable them to make informed decisions and adjust to any situation nimbly.

Amy innovates and excels in her field by constantly seeking out emerging technologies and sustainable materials, and forging partnerships that redefine traditional supply chain dynamics.
